There is no fee for basic website use. Payments (such as donations) may be processed by third-party providers. All amounts are GST-inclusive. Bowel Cancer New Zealand is a registered charity and donations are tax-deductible in New Zealand.

Applicants may apply for financial assistance once per 12 months. Vouchers are redeemable only for food or petrol, must be used within 12 months, are non-transferable, and require signature upon delivery. Lost or destroyed vouchers are not replaced.

Support service providers are registered health professionals; Bowel Cancer New Zealand facilitates access but is not liable for service failures.

11. Campaign-specific terms

Bowel Cancer New Zealand runs time-bound campaigns that may have their own competition rules, entry mechanics, and prize terms. Campaign-specific terms apply alongside these general Terms of Use.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Bowel Cancer New Zealand may suspend or terminate access for breaches without notice.
