“I give to Bowel Cancer New Zealand Charitable Trust (registration number CC24787), [a percentage / the sum of $ / the residue] of my estate to be used for its general charitable purposes. I declare that the receipt of the Chief Executive or other authorised officer of Bowel Cancer New Zealand shall be a sufficient discharge to my trustees.”
