The CHALLENGE programme
CHALLENGE is our free 12-week exercise programmedesigned specifically for people with bowel cancer. It's run by qualified exercise physiologists who understand what you're going through and will tailor the programme to your needs and ability.
How it works
- •12 weeks of supervised exercise sessions (in-person or online)
