Ginger & Lemon Spritzer

A refreshing alcohol-free drink that can also help settle nausea — a common side effect during treatment.

Ingredients

  • 2cm fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Method

    Muddle ginger slices in a glass to release the juice.

    Add lemon juice and honey. Stir to dissolve.

    Fill glass with ice and top with sparkling water.

    Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
