Ginger & Lemon Spritzer

Ingredients
- •2cm fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- •Juice of 1 lemon
- •1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- •Sparkling water
- •Ice cubes
- •Mint leaves (optional)
Method

Muddle ginger slices in a glass to release the juice.

Add lemon juice and honey. Stir to dissolve.
