Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Toppings: granola, sliced banana, berries, honey

Method

    Blend frozen banana, yoghurt, protein powder, milk, and peanut butter until thick and smooth.
